离心玻璃棉对于吸音方面的使用要求

离心玻璃棉是将处于熔融状态的玻璃用离心喷吹法工艺进行纤维化喷涂热固性树脂制成的丝状材料,再经过热固化深加工处理,可制成具有多种用途的系列产品。它具有阻燃、、耐腐蚀、容重小、导热系数低、化学稳定性强、吸湿率低、憎水性好等诸多优点,是目前公认的性能越的保温、隔热、吸音材料,具有十分广泛的用途。用该材料制成的板、毡、管已大量用于建筑、化工、电子、电力、冶金、能源、交通等领域的保温隔热、吸声降噪,效果十分显著。

Centrifuge glass wool is a filamentous material made by centrifugally spraying thermosetting resin onto molten glass, and then undergoing thermal curing and deep processing to produce a series of products with multiple uses. It has many advantages such as flame retardancy, non toxicity, corrosion resistance, small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, strong chemical stability, low moisture absorption rate, and good hydrophobicity. It is currently recognized as the most superior insulation, heat insulation, and sound absorption material with a wide range of applications. The boards, felt, and pipes made of this material have been widely used for insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction in fields such as construction, chemical engineering, electronics, power, metallurgy, energy, and transportation, with significant effects.

由于离心玻璃棉质地柔软、纤维微细,施工中不会刺激皮肤,因而深受施工单位欢迎,成为保温隔热的产品。

Due to its soft texture and fine fibers, centrifugal glass wool is highly favored by construction units as it does not irritate the skin during construction and has become the preferred product for thermal insulation.

离心玻璃棉是吸声、保温、隔热的好帮手,离心玻璃棉经常被当做吸声材料使用,使用中随着厚度增加,中低频吸声系数显著地增加,但高频变化不大(高频吸收总是较大的)。厚度不变,容重增加,中低频吸声系数亦增加;但当容重增加到一定程度时,材料变得密实,流阻大于流阻,吸声系数反而下降。对于厚度超过5cm的容重为16Kg/m3的离心玻璃棉,低频125Hz约为0.2,中高频(>500Hz)的吸声系数已经接近于1了。当厚度由5cm继续增大时,低频的吸声系数逐渐提高,当厚度大于1m以上时,低频125Hz的吸声系数也将接近于1。

Centrifugal glass wool is a good helper for sound absorption, insulation, and thermal insulation. Centrifugal glass wool is often used as a sound absorbing material. For centrifugal glass wool with a bulk density of 16Kg/m3 and a thickness exceeding 5cm, the low-frequency 125Hz is about 0.2, and the sound absorption coefficient at medium and high frequencies (>500Hz) is close to 1. As the thickness continues to increase from 5cm, the low-frequency sound absorption coefficient gradually increases. When the thickness is greater than 1m, the low-frequency sound absorption coefficient at 125Hz will also approach 1.

当厚度不变,容重增大时,离心玻璃棉的低频吸声系数也将不断提高,当容重接近110kg/m3时吸声性能达到值,50mm厚、频率125Hz处接近0.6-0.7。容重超过120kg/m3时,吸声性能反而下降,是因为材料变得致密,中高频吸声性能受到很大影响,当容重超过300kg/m3时,吸声性能减小很多。建筑声学中常用的吸声玻璃棉的厚度有2.5cm、5cm、10cm,容重有16、24、32、48、80、96、112kg/m3。通常使用5cm厚,12-48kg/m3的离心玻璃棉。

The commonly used sound-absorbing glass wool in architectural acoustics has thicknesses of 2.5cm, 5cm, and 10cm, and unit weights of 16, 24, 32, 48, 80, 96, and 112kg/m3. Typically, 5cm thick, 12-48kg/m3 centrifugal glass wool is used.
